Customers affected by the weather conditions will have their bookings rescheduled on the next available flights.

Aircalin regrets to inform its passengers that due to an internal strike impacting some of its staff and operations, the following flights are impacted :

- SB 600 and SB 601 of 10th of September between Noumea and Papeete rescheduled as below in local time, tickets are revalidated:

SB600

• Departure from Noumea 12th Sept 9 :40am
• Arrival in Papeete 11 Sept 6:00pm

SB601

• Departure from Papeete 12th Sept 6 :30am
• Arrival in Noumea 13th Sept 10 :00am

- Customers booked on SB 230 and SB 231 of 10th of September between Noumea and Port-Vila are contacted by our commercial team in order to change their travel dates.

The company sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Due to the current climatic hazard between Paris and Tokyo, and to guarantee the connections, Aircalin informs its passengers that the flights SB800 and SB801 are rescheduled as follows (in local time):

SB800 Noumea Narita :

• Departure from Noumea 6 Sept 09 :30am, beginning of the checkin 06 :30am
• Arrival at Narita 6 Sept 04 :25pm

SB801 Narita Noumea :

• Departure from Narita 6 Sept 09 :05pm
• Arrival at Nouméa 7 Sept 07 :40am

Passengers with maintained connections will use the same ticket. Other passengers will be contacted by our commercial team who will send them their new itinerary.

エールフランス航空との乗り継ぎ時刻調整のため、6月12日から29日までの成田-ヌメア便の発着時刻が変更になります。

変更後の時刻は以下の通り
SB800便：ヌメア発00:05、成田着07:00（いずれも現地時間）と55分繰り上げとなります。（6月11日は現行通り）

SB801便：成田発10:30、ヌメア着21:05（いずれも現地時間）と1時間45分繰り上げの運航となります。（6月11日から）

Aircalin informs its customers that its flight schedule for the next few days is operating normally, in particular the flights between Noumea and Tokyo whose connecting flights will be operated by Air France with time schedules suitable with connexion to/from Noumea.

Customers scheduled on other airlines who cancel or reschedule their connecting flights in Narita will be offered a re-routing solution by the initial point of sale.

Due to the important volume of reservation to reschedule, Aircalin handles only urgent cases with a departure within 15 days.

Other requests on our South Pacific destinations are handled in normal conditions.
