Description

You're invited into the "secret societies of Baleinopolis": this is a chance to get to know four great cetaceans that inhabit the planet's seas and oceans, namely the humpback whale, the sperm whale, the killer whale and the dolphin. To discover their secrets, you just have to open your eyes, your ears and your heart and immerse yourself in the mysteries of the Tropical Aquarium of Paris which, through objects, videos, sounds and interactive media reveals the social life of these amazing animals. Many of these creatures have been immortalised in literature (the wonderful Moby Dick, for example) or in films, and yet their lives are still little-known. In parallel with the exhibition, a programme of film screenings including the beautiful film Océans, with Jacques Perrin, allows us to see whales and dolphins frolicking on the seven seas, the only aquarium worthy of them.
