Brisbane, the warm metropolis
A city with art around every corner
An exotic urban metropolis, Australia’s third largest city combines the pleasures of an animated capital with the easy-going nonchalance of a tropical climate. Book your plane ticket to Brisbane and discover a city that’s just two hundred years old and full of the exuberance of youth. Don’t miss the fantastic contemporary art collection at Brisbane’s Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA), it’s the largest in the country. Two creative hothouses, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and the Brisbane Powerhouse offer concerts, plays, shows and even live creations.

A city that lives at the rhythm of the Tropics
Take advantage of Brisbane airfare offers, and take a breather in a regional capital that enjoys life in slow motion, at the leisurely pace of its Big Wheel. Hop into one of its capsules and glide up to a height of 60 metres, overlooking the city. Or perhaps you’d prefer to be on the waters of Brisbane River, where you can ride the free CityHopper shuttle boats and admire Goodwill Bridge. A paradise for pedestrians and cyclists, this bridge offers a magnificent view over the numerous green spaces which dot the river banks.

A city of today, which looks to the issues of tomorrow
Brisbane’s urban development has managed to remain respectful of nature. The 17 hectare South Bank Parklands were designed for the Universal Exposition in 1988. This green space offers the perfect place to relax. Take a dip in the open air swimming pool, or stroll around the picturesque lake and explore the tropical forest. Not far away, Roma Street Parkland is an explosion of colours and exotic perfumes. You can wander among the lizards, iguanas and opossums in total freedom. Book your flight to Brisbane to see and interact with koalas as the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, the largest koala sanctuary in the world.
With your Brisbane flight booking sorted you can start looking planning your holiday in this green and forward-thinking city.
